Matthew Modine was in Spokane for the
Spokane Film Festival to promote his new
short, Jesus was a Commie.

He came into my work and hung out for a
few hours. We joked around with him and
his friend Adam... Really nice guys.

I've never been starstruck before... I just
don't get excited. HOWEVER!!! I did get a
little smitten with Mr. Modine. When I first
saw him I thought it was cool but didn't get
all stupid about it until we chatted with him
for a while. Once I realized how awesome
he was I got a little gooey.

I mean... Come on! HE'S JOKER!!!!!!!!

(When I got home I shamelessly watched Full Metal Jacket.)

...did I mention he kissed me on the cheek and gave me a hug?
...did I also mention that he's super tall and dreamy?
